With a background in finance from Cornell University and over a decade in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Vikki brings a level of financial sophistication rarely found in residential real estate. Rising to Director within the Structured Capital Markets and Longevity Derivatives divisions, she structured and negotiated complex, multi-national financial transactions. That experience now informs how she analyzes market conditions, evaluates risk, advises on pricing, and negotiates high-value real estate transactions on behalf of her clients.

Since entering real estate, Vikki has consistently ranked among the top producers at Green Team and is recognized as the most prolific commercial real estate producer in the company’s history. Her experience spans residential listings, commercial properties, land transactions, and investment assets across Warwick, Goshen, and greater Orange County.

In May 2022, she was appointed President of Green Team Realty and later led the firm through its affiliation with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. After two years in executive leadership, she made the deliberate decision to step down in order to focus exclusively on client representation ensuring her sellers receive her full attention and direct involvement.
